Retriever Workshop for Novice & Intermediate Dogs/Handlers - Registration opening soon

Pre-register on the SBDA website : your name, dog’s call name (dog optional), and your experience level The workshop focuses on a hunting dog’s skills and is useful for upland and waterfowl hunters and those running HRC, AKC, and NAHRA Hunt Tests. Demonstrations and discussions for setting up training/testing marks and blind retrieves, including how hunt test judges assess a dog’s skills. Attendees may run their dogs on single/double marks and a blind retrieve. Workshop focus:

 Dog Skills (hunting desire, nose, obedience, focus, memory, manners, and teamwork) and

 Training Sets Ups (distance, slope, hills, obstacles, scent, wind, decoys, blinds, multiple birds).
